1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FXNewsBias ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Use of Service & Features

FXNewsBias provides AI-assisted forex news sentiment analysis for informational and educational purposes only. The Service currently includes:

By using this Service you agree that:

FXNewsBias is an information service only. Sentiment scores, gauges, divergence flags, streaks, and movers are descriptive market metrics, not buy/sell signals, predictions, or recommendations.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, contain false information, or have been inactive for more than 12 months. Authentication is provided through Firebase (Google).

4. Pro Subscription, Trial and Payments

FXNewsBias offers an optional Pro subscription. Pro removes advertising and unlocks sentiment history charts (7, 30 and 90 day views), bias flip email alerts, the Weekly Intelligence Brief, the Pro Dashboard, CSV export of your sentiment history, and real-time access to the Developer API described in section 5.

4.1 Plans and pricing

Pro is offered on three billing periods. The features are identical on every period, only the commitment length and the effective monthly cost differ.

All prices are in United States dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your country. You may change billing period at any time from the billing portal, and Stripe credits the unused portion of the period you already paid for against the new plan.

4.2 Free trial, one per account

New accounts may start a 7 day free trial. The trial is limited to one per account, ever. Eligibility is checked before checkout and again when the subscription is created, using your account history and the payment method presented. An account that has already held any subscription, or a payment card that has already been used to open a trial, is not eligible for another trial and is offered the paid plans instead.

A valid payment method is required to start a trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you are charged nothing at all. If you do not cancel, the plan you selected is charged when the trial ends and renews on that plan's cycle.

Cancelling during a trial ends Pro access at once, rather than at the date the trial would have run to, because no payment has been made for the remaining days. As only one trial is available per account, a cancelled trial cannot be restarted. Cancelling a paid plan is different: access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not cut short.

Attempting to obtain more than one trial, including by creating additional accounts, is a breach of these terms. Where we detect a repeat trial we cancel the subscription rather than converting it into a charge, so you are never billed unexpectedly.

4.3 Billing and cancellation

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your profile page or the Stripe billing portal, and access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries the payment for a limited period. Pro features and any active API key are suspended while the subscription is not in good standing, and are restored when a payment succeeds.

4.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and cancelling stops future renewals rather than refunding the period in progress. We may issue a full or pro-rated refund at our discretion, for example for a proven service outage or a billing error. Nothing in this section limits any statutory cancellation or refund right you have as a consumer under the law of your own country. Where such a right applies, it takes precedence over this paragraph.

4.5 Pricing changes

We may adjust subscription pricing with at least 14 days advance notice by email. A new price applies from your next renewal and you may cancel before it takes effect. A period already paid for is not repriced.

4.6 Free tier

The free tier is supported by advertising. We may change the features available on the free tier at any time. The core sentiment dashboard is intended to remain free.

5. Developer API

The FXNewsBias Developer API is available on two tiers. Full technical documentation is published at /developers. The following terms govern its use.

6. Email and Telegram Alerts

Registered users may opt in to receive notifications:

Alerts are sent on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee delivery, timeliness, or that you will receive every event. Alerts are not trading signals, do not place trades automatically based on them.

12.2 Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the courts of Malaysia have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. 12.4 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in full force.

12.5 No waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

12.6 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your account or these terms without our written consent. We may assign these terms to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, on notice to you.

12.7 Entire agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclaimer, form the entire agreement between you and FXNewsBias regarding the Service and supersede any prior understanding.

12.8 Copyright complaints

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
