How many free trials do I get?
One per account, ever. Nothing is charged during the 7 days and cancelling inside the trial costs $0. Cancelling ends Pro straight away though, and the trial cannot be restarted, so finish the 7 days if you are still deciding.
Can I change billing period later?
Yes, any time from your account. Stripe credits the unused part of what you already paid.
What happens when I cancel?
On a paid plan you keep Pro until the period you have paid for ends, then drop back to Free. Cancelling during the free trial ends Pro straight away, because nothing has been paid for the remaining days. Either way nothing is deleted and you are not charged.
Is gold (XAU/USD) included?
Yes, gold is part of Pro. Pro shows the live gold (XAU/USD) sentiment score, the drivers behind it, XAU/USD session calls with their settled results and the full history, on the dashboard and through the developer API. The free plan shows the XAU/USD bias label one 3-hour cycle delayed.
Do features differ by period?
No. Pro is Pro, API included. Longer periods only cost less per month.
Does the sentiment actually work?
Judge it yourself: every call we publish is scored against the real market move and posted openly, losses included, on the public scorecard. Pro is the live read; the scorecard is its track record.
