Methodology

Session reads publish every weekday at 00:13, 06:13 and 12:13 UTC from the sentiment gap between base and quote currencies (AI-scored news flow, refreshed every 3 hours). Gaps under 15 points publish as Neutral. The reference price is frozen at publish; scoring occurs at the next session open. Moves inside the pair's own volatility band score as Quiet.

Rows are written once and never edited, the ledger is append-only by design.
