Partner Program Privacy Notice
What we collect when you join the Partner Program or arrive through a partner link, and why.
1. What this notice covers
This notice explains how FXNewsBias handles personal data in the Partner Program: for partners, and for visitors who arrive through a partner link. It adds to our main Privacy Policy, which covers everything else.
2. Information we collect from partners
- Your FXNewsBias account email and name.
- Your partner code, your country, and the version and time of the terms you accepted.
- Your payout details: your wallet address on Solana, TRON or Bitcoin, or your PayPal email.
- Your withdrawals: amounts, fees, dates and the PayPal transaction ID or TRON transaction reference.
- Your partner statistics: clicks, sign-ups, trials, payments and commissions.
3. Information about visitors who click a partner link
- When you open fxnewsbias.com through a partner link, we record the click: the partner code, any campaign name, the page you landed on, the domain of the site that sent you, and your country as shown by your network. We do not store your IP address for this.
- We set a first-party cookie,
fxnb_ref, holding a click ID and the partner code, for 60 days. - If you then create an account, we link your account to that partner, so the partner can be paid if you later subscribe.
- Partners never see your full email address or any payment details. They see a masked email (for example jโขโขโข@gmail.com), the date you joined, and whether you are on a trial or paying.
4. Why we use it
- To credit referrals, calculate commissions and pay partners (to perform our agreement with partners).
- To prevent fraud and abuse of the program, and to keep accurate records (our legitimate interests).
- To meet accounting, tax and legal obligations.
5. Who we share it with
- PayPal, when we pay you by PayPal.
- The Solana, TRON or Bitcoin network, when we pay you in crypto. Transactions on a public blockchain, including the amount and your wallet address, are visible to anyone and cannot be erased.
- Our service providers for hosting, database, payments (Stripe, for customer subscriptions) and email, only as needed to run the program.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
6. How long we keep it
We keep Partner Program records, including clicks, referrals and withdrawals, for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and resolving disputes. If you close your partner account, we stop using your payout details for new payments but keep the records of past payments.
7. Your choices and rights
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser. If you do, a partner may not be credited for your visit.
- You can ask to see, correct or receive a copy of your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing contact@fxnewsbias.com.
- Partners can update their payout details in the dashboard at any time.
