Violations result in: Warning → 7-day ban → Permanent ban.

By posting content on FXNewsBias, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform. You represent that:

• You own or have rights to post the content
• The content does not violate any third-party rights
• The content complies with our community rules
• The content does not contain false or misleading information

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The FXNewsBias platform, including its design, logo, sentiment analysis system, and original content, is owned by FXNewsBias and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce our platform design
• Use our logo or branding without permission
• Scrape or bulk download our sentiment data
• Republish our analysis without attribution
• Build competing products using our data

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Is harmful to other users or the community
• Is harmful to FXNewsBias or third parties
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FXNewsBias shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses based on our sentiment data
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Actions of other users on the platform

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
